Earlier this year, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco launched two of its flagship smartphones — the Poco F7 Pro and the Poco F7 Ultra. So, you must be wondering, where’s the regular Poco F7? Well, it’s coming soon as Poco just announced that the phone will make its global debut on 24th June at 8PM.
Poco F7 to pack Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, 50MP camera with OIS
Looking at the announcement post put out by Poco Global, we can see the Poco F7, specifically the one with the “Limited Edition” inscription on its back, bearing a Snapdragon logo along with another inscription that reads “50MP OIS”. The Poco F7 is also confirmed to sport Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, with a claimed AnTuTu score of up to 2,084,535.
According to rumoured specs shared online, the Poco F7 is expected to be a rebadged Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. It’s said to pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset along, a 6.83” 120Hz 1280p AMOLED display, 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, along with an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.
For context, and just in case you couldn’t remember, the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra came with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Snapdragon 8 Elite processors, respectively.
