Vivo’s sub-brand, iQoo, has launched its first device from its Neo series, the iQoo Neo 10, here in Malaysia. Priced from RM1,999, this smartphone packs some interesting specs such as the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, a 144Hz display, and a 7,000mAh battery. Of course, there are early bird gifts offered too.

iQoo Neo 10 Malaysia: Pricing and promo

The iQoo Neo 10 is offered in these two configurations here in Malaysia:

  • iQoo Neo 10 (12GB RAM + 256GB storage) – RM1,999 (online exclusive)
  • iQoo Neo 10 (16GB RAM + 512GB storage) – RM2,199

iQoo Neo 10 Malaysia: Specs and features

With that out of the way, now let’s dive into what the iQoo Neo 10 is all about. First off, you can have it in either Desert Gold or Astral Black. Measuring 8.09mm in thickness and 206g in weight, the Neo 10 is IP65-rated for dust and water resistance, and is also military-grade certified for durability.

At its face, the iQoo Neo 10 packs a 6.78″ 1.5K (2800×1260) 144Hz Eyecare AMOLED display that has a peak brightness of 5,500 nits and a touch sample rate of 3,000Hz.

Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM that’s expandable to 32GB when needed, and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Also built in is Vivo’s Supercomputing Chip Q1, which assists in boosting frame rates at up to 144fps when gaming. The iQoo Neo 10 is equipped with a 7000mm² vapour chamber too to keep things cool.

Imaging-wise, the iQoo Neo 10 is fitted with a dual camera setup on its back, consisting of a 50MP camera equipped with Sony’s IMX882 sensor and OIS, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. Handling selfies is a 32MP front camera.

Keeping lights on here is a massive 7,000mAh Gen 3 Silicon BlueVolt battery, which iQoo reckons can allow the Neo 10 to play videos constantly at up to 23 hours and run GPS navigation at up to 11 hours.

When the battery does run low, you can charge it via USB-C with the brand’s 120W FlashCharge technology, juicing it up from flat to full in just 36 minutes. By the way, the iQoo Neo 10 supports bypass charging too, so that you won’t need to worry when having an extended gaming session with it while it’s plugged in.

In the software department, the iQoo Neo 10 runs on Vivo’s Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Google’s Android 15. This grants you access to AI features such as Live Call Translation, AI Note Assist, and Gemini. Imaging features like Magic Move, Remove People, and Live Cutout are also thrown in.
