Save up to RM80 on 12-month contract

Yes 5G has announced a new contract option for its Infinite Postpaid plan which lets you save up to RM80/month for standalone postpaid subscriptions. The base Yes Infinite Basic priced at RM58/month can be yours for only RM38/month if you sign up for the plan with a 12-month contract.

Yes Infinite Basic offers unlimited 5G data for RM38/month on a 12-month contract

To recap, Yes Infinite Basic at RM58/month provides uncapped 5G data and uncapped speed, and unlimited calls to all networks in Malaysia. The plan also comes with 20GB of bundled hotspot quota per month and the option to add supplementary lines for RM20/month each.

With a 12-month contract, you can save RM20/month for Infinite Basic, which provides savings of RM240 per year.

The extra savings for signing up for a 12-month contract is also applicable to other higher-tier Yes Infinite postpaid plans that offer more hotspot quota. Here’s how much you’ll have to pay on contract:

  • Yes Infinite Basic (20GB hotspot) RM58 RM38 (Save RM20)
  • Yes Infinite Standard (50GB hotspot) RM88 RM58 (Save RM30)
  • Yes Infinite Premium (80GB hotspot) RM118 RM78 (Save RM40)
  • Yes Infinite Ultra (110GB hotspot) RM178 RM98 (Save RM80)

Yes 5G also offers free “unlimited” 5G roaming in Singapore for all Yes Infinite postpaid plans. However, the “free “unlimited” data roaming in Singapore comes with an FUP of 10GB of high-speed data roaming. Once you’ve hit the limit, you can still stay connected at a lower throttled speed of 512kbps.

For users who don’t need unlimited data on their phone, Yes Power 35 remains the more value-for-money option. For RM35/month, you get 150GB of 5G data with no speed cap and you can fully utilise the quota for hotspot usage. The plan also offers unlimited calls within Malaysia but you don’t get the free 5G roaming perk for Singapore.
