This year's Country Music Awards nominations have just been announced for Artist of the Year, New Artist, Best Female Vocalist and Best Female Vocalist.
Nominees are selected by more than 6,000 CMA industry professionals, including music executives, artists, educators, songwriters, musicians, touring professionals and other industry professionals worldwide, according to a press release. Nomination criteria must include songs that were released or topped the music charts during the eligibility period for the 2022 show, from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
